| Message | Good afternoon, Event Concept are producing a 4-day conference in Paris next month at the Intercontinental Paris Le Grande and looking to contract a premium registration services company to assist with onsite delegate badge printing and management. Further details below, please could you let me know by the end of today if you have availability for the dates and then costs by end of day tomorrow? Schedule Tues 18th March 8am – 11am – Set up badge printers and preprinted badges 3pm – 9pm - Guest registration open to collect credentials/badges Weds 19th March 7am – 7pm – Guest registration open to collect credentials/badges Thurs 20th March 7am – 7pm – Guest registration open to collect credentials/ badges Fri 21st March 7am – 12pm – Guest registration open 12pm – Event close / derig equipment Badge requirements - Conference size badge, double sided colour print – artwork provided by Event Concept - Durable material so holes don’t rip – please let me know material options - Double clip holes for lanyard – lanyards to be provided by Event Concept - 250 guests + 150 staff, ability to print 400 badges plus spares - All badges to be preprinted and alphabetical by first name, grouped into ‘City’ category, in badge trays - Onsite printers to print last minute badges - Onsite team to assist with badge printing and distribution on all days - We need to print and stick each guests’ unique breakout session choices on a white sticker to one side of the badge, this will also need to be pre printed and affixed to each badge ahead of distribution Any questions please let me know, Many thanks Heather |
