| Message | Hi there, We are looking for a quote for adhoc event badging in Osaka, Japan in 2025 between April and November. We are managing an venue wherein we will have several small events during this time period, typically around 150-250 people. We ideally would be looking to hire a badge printer, and potentially a laptop, in order to print delegate badges upon arrival. We are likely to be using Aventri/Stova as our registration platform, so it would be ideal if the system has some sort of itegration. The set up is looking to be a small welcome desk, with a laptop and badge printer that we would manage ourselves. We would need branded badge stock, quantities are TBC as the events calendar is not confirmed yet. We would likely need semi-regular deliveries of badge stock as storage will be limited. There would be no onsite staffing requirements, but having telephone support or call-out support may be beneficial for any technical issues that may arise. We would not require any badge scanners, but we will require a way of pulling reports to see which badges have been printed. I am happy to discuss any further details if you require them.
