Please can you provide your rates for the following: 500 attendees (600 badges) 4 registration desks 4 registration staff (10 hour shifts) 4 day event Additional hourly rate (if overtime is required) Costs should be 100% inclusive of travel, meals etc, no additional costs to be charged to our client upon confirmation.
