| Message | Hello!I hope that you are well.I have found your services online and wondered if you can be assistance for an event I am managing taking place in Singapore called the World Architecture Festival. The event is taking place from 6-8 November at the Marina Bay Sands Conference and Exhibition Centre. We require assistance on the onsite badge printing and registration element. I have clearly detailed below the main requirements however happy to jump on a meeting if easier to discuss!-We will have our own online registration system where will collect all of the information to provide to you regarding who is attending the event.-Typically, there are around 1500-2000 attendees and there will be varied attendee types; sponsor delegate etc who will need to be distinguished via their badge coloured stripe or something.-Communications sent to our attendees a week and a day before the event with clear instructions (a QR code will be received or they will be required to put their full name into the system at the event)-On site we will need printers that are fast and print in colour on both sides. -We will need to be able to design the badges to include our logo/colours. -If the printers are contained in a kiosk that will be great. Typically we require around 8 kiosks.-We will need a full list of the data sent to us post event, ideally as soon as the event is finished. This will need to be deduplicated and will need all of the details we require. -We will need onsite support for any technical issues.-We will supply lanyards but ideally will need lanyard trees. -We can use the QR code generated to used our own application device for lead capture so we will need to be provided with the QR codes. Alternatively we need the option to use another lead capture application.Please can you advise if this is something that you can assist us with and in turn provide a quotation for doing so.
