| Message | Hi thereMy name is Lucy Crowley and I am Account Manager at Joyn. Im hoping you can assist quite urgently with my query below, I am also happy to jump on a call if thats quicker? We are working with a US company on their 5 day global congress taking place at RAI Amsterdam from 5 - 9 August, 2024. And I am needing to gather some quotes. They are anticipating 5,000+ people in attendance. We would primarily want self-service kiosks, but we also need a registration desk where people can come up and receive assistance. Would you also offer registration terminals, typically a laptop connected to a small badge printer? Between ourselves and the client, we would provide the staff, but do you have a local staff member in Amsterdam who would set up the equipment and stay onsite to assist with the equipment as required? We have our own registration portal, which integrates with Swiftium for onsite badge printing, that is facilitated through Event Frog in Australia. We also have our own Conference App, and were currently looking at getting our delegates QR codes onto the name badges and into the confirmation emails, so they can be scanned onsite at the kiosks.
