| Message | Hi there, Hope you are well? We are looking for an onsite registration & badging partner to support with a very last minute event on 19th May in Athens please find more info below: Badges required x50090% of badges to be pre-printed and then 10% printed onsite for last minute registrations/go shows.All registration for the event is being done through Splash so ideally a check in system which links with Splash although not a dealbreaker if we have to export data and re-import who has checked in.Badge template would be as per attached (but this is not final design)X20 onsite scanners required for data collection of attendees at booths & sessions As the event is very soon, and involves a set up in Athens, we would also need to look at express shipping / freight charges, or be able to bring equipment in hold luggage please consider this.
