Onsite Event Badging in Seoul : Submission #2782

As part of the World Union of Olympic Cities, we are organising a week of events including the Olympic Legacy Forum and the smartcities & sport summit. These events will take place from 20 to 22 October in Seoul.

We usually ask our participants to print their badges at home in advance, and on the d day we only give out the pouches and lanyards. But this year, as the theme of our conference is based on technology and sport, we think it is an opportunity to innovate and consider the possibility of using automatic printing terminals at the event venue to print our participants' badges.

We found your company on the internet and would like more information about your services. As mentioned above, we would like to have automatic self-serve badge printing processes on site in Seoul. We would like to understand how your self-serve badge printing process works and whether your system is compatible with our registration system, EventWorks. We would like to continue to create our badges via EventWorks. Our attendees will receive a QR code via our registration platform and if it is compatible with your facilities, they will be able to present the QR code to your automatic printing machine to print their badge.
