| Message | Dear ContactMedia, We are planning a 6-day event to take place in Seoul, Korea from June 29th to July 4th. There will be a 2-day conference followed by a 4-day public activation. For the 2-day conference in which we expect 300 attendees, we are looking to provide attendees with an RFID-enable badge and lanyard upon registration. The RFID badge will be used to register at the various stations within the conference. This will allow us to track the attendees to see which stations they visited. For the 4-day public activation, we would like to set up a portal for registration, and upon completing the form, they are emailed or texted a QR code. When they show up to the activation, they scan their QR code to gain entry. We'd also like to have the ability to register at the door through either a portal or an on-site kiosk. We expect approximately 2,000 attendees. Please let me know if you offer these services and how much they will cost. Thank you, Joseph Yoon |
