We are in process of a new registration system that has been already delayed by over 3 months and today we have had a meeting to discuss its current state and there are still further delays. As we want to launch the event in the next couple of months, we now want to revisit the idea of using a platform for guests to actually register as well as them having access to the app functions and on also on-site badging. This is for a 2 day conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 26 and 27 November for maximum 400 people. Do you have a physical presence there in terms of being able to support with on-site badge printing?

In terms of what we are looking for from the app side of things for this event, our core elements to ensure are included are to have the ability to set up meetings with delegates, speaker and sponsor/exhibitor profiles, agenda page, adverts for sponsors, Q&A and polling in sessions and the potential for lead scanning if needed in breakout sessions and at exhibitor stands. I am not sure if you also have event app software like this?

We also then have 2 other events that we would potentially like to use the platform for, really just for registration and onsite badge printing, a maximum of 150 people each. One is in Istanbul in Turkey om 3 and 4 June which we would be looking to launch in early/mid-March, I am not sure how long it takes to set up the platform so that would be good to know in the first instance. the other is on 9 October in London.

We would also like to know more about integration with Microsoft Dynamics.
