I see you cover Amsterdam, would you also cover Utrecht not far from Amsterdam for on site badge printing?

If you do, we have a 2-day conference taking place in at TivoliVredenburg, Utrecht on 2 and 3 December and we want to explore the idea of having badges printed at registration.

There will be approximately 400 people in attendance and there will not be the need to scan people into sessions, it will just be scanning people as they arrive and printing a name badge. Everyone should arrive on day one as day 2 is shorter so I am questioning whether we would need your presence on day 2 and could print any unclaimed badges to have ready should they turn up.
