My name is Lorena, Senior Event Manager at Forum Europe, an event agency based in the UK and Belgium.

I am organising an event in Ljubljana, Slovenia next June 2025 and I need to gather costs for on-site check-in badge printing and session scanning devices. I will need some estimations by Friday midday this week to start with, please.

The event will be attended by 1,200 people but their arrival will be split into 400 on the first day and the remaining 800 the day after. I outline below the initial requirements:

6 x badge printing stations - are these fully self service kiosks or do you also have the option of iPad with printer so we can have an allocated person dedicated to that desk?
Badge costs - for 1,200 people; can you send me some examples of these?
30 x session scanning device - these will be used at the entrance to all the workshops.

I will need some guidance costs first as need to present to the client by the end of the week. But, we can set up a call to discuss and do a demo next week if you have availability.
