| Message | I work for LCW Consulting. We are a medical communications agency. We organise educational events for UK healthcare professionals, both face to face and online. We are looking to update our registration badge printing process and delegate reporting. The following points outline what we are considering: • We want to still manage the registration desk and processing ourselves but: o we are looking to print badges onsite to streamline our existing process. Currently we print badges a few days before an event and inevitably have to bring blank badges to handwrite on the day for late registrations. o We want to use QR codes for scanning a delegate in and be able to have an attendee report available at the end of the event. • For our last event for the Primary Care Cardiovascular Society (PCCS) we printed 300 badges for delegates, sponsors etc. Other events are smaller so understanding a quote for 100 badges would also be useful. • The PCCS is a not for profit organisation and so funding comes from pharma companies for each event.
