| Message | Hello,My name is Alexis from Shiloh Events, and I am reaching out to inquire about an on-site badge printing solution for our clients at Writer. They are hosting an executive forum for approximately 100 attendees on May 30th, 2024 at The Berkeley in London. We would love to get estimated pricing for an on-site badge printing solution on 4 x 6 double-sided plastic/PVC badges with two cut-outs at the top (plastic badges are preferred but paper badges may also be acceptable). They are currently using HubSpot as their registration platform.We would ask for approximately 2 printers to be delivered to the Berkeley by end of day Monday, May 27th so we can test them on Wednesday, May 29th. We could supply our own laptops to be connected to the 2 printers but if this wouldnt be acceptable, please include pricing for iPad/laptop rentals as well. We would be able to return everything on Friday, May 30th.We apologize for the rush, but it would be much appreciated if you could get back to us with estimated pricing before the end of the workday, GMT time.
