| Message | Hi. Could I get a quote please for using your onsite badging, including session tracking for an event in Birmingham from 22-24 May. We would need to link to Stova, which is the software we are using for delegate registration. We are expecting approx 900 delegates and would need to be able to set up self service badging stations as follows: At the conference venue (ICC, Birmingham) permanent check in stations from 22-24 May. There will be approx 200 register using these on 22 May pm and am 23 May.At the drinks reception (Library, Birmingham) ready for 1800-2000. This is where most will register approx 700 in a very short space of time. We may also provide 2 x stations at the Hyatt for Wed 22 May which could then move to the Library.Do you provide staff as well? We also want to track session attendance in rooms within the ICC x 6, as well delegates getting on coaches/joining a guide for a technical tours ie meeting within the ICC, or just outside, so assume staff with scanners at the room entry points/coaches/guide would work?
