| Message | Hello, We are looking for a company that can give us RFID invite card for an event. Deatils:Our client has gotten back to us, and they would like an web application, as per our recommendation, to be used for inviting their employees for this GALA event. The idea is as below, and this is just the first session of brainstorming.A platform where management can share e-invites with their employees through email and WhatsApp.The employee then either has the option to download or go on the web to RSVP.The application then links to the persons WhatsApp and email account and once there are more updates on the invite they are notified.Agenda to be shared similarly and once that is done it logs into their calendars (phone).This will be for the event day and once they are at the event, they will be notified of every sub-event schedule and information regarding the activities around.The client also wants to add NFT certification that we can get done from one of our Meta partners and you would just have to integrate that into the application.An additional idea is to have RFID cards like they have employee cards for everyone who is invited (this can be collected at the event reception, or they are sent by post (TBD).The idea behind the RFID is to know how many people attended and check their progress. That means this RFID will be linked to every event activity.Based on the above they want to have a reporting system, that can give them number of people invited, people confirmed, people attended, people who did activities or attended full event, interest for segments etc Can you please let me know how much an application like this would cost and what would be the preferred RFID to get for this? |
