| Message | Hi, we have an upcoming event in Berlin and were looking for an event registration partner. Below is some information about the event and a toppling brief.Event Dates: November 2023 | 15th Setup, 16th LiveLocation: Berlin (Central venue)Client: Tech Client Guests: 850 Brief:Client will provide the list of all attendees, all comms with guests will be managed/sent by client. Supplier will generate any QR codes for registration. Guests arrive with an email including a QR code, which gets scanned and then the badge prints out automatically (including the attendee name, job title, company info). Then staff attached the badge to the lanyard (provided by us)Equipment: Is this a tablet and printer set up?Print: We can cover this later, but the client is very particular on the materials (sustainable paper / card etc) and the finish.Staffing: Do you provide staff to manage or can we use our own?Technical support: Can you provide a tech onsite for the 15/16th?Costs: Are you able to share an initial estimate and confirm your availability?
