| Message | Please could you assist me with a quote for an annual Kick Off Conference for late January 2024.We have 900 people who'll attend in-person and additional staff "tuning in" from offices around the world i.e. they might just pick up the session at 10am, or the one at 2pm for example.I'm afraid I don't have much more info on hand in terms of exact numbers online OR what sessions / options will be required for rsvp purposes but I am required to put in a ball park quote. I need to quote on the invitation and rsvp system to manage these 900 in person guests as well as the online guests. In addition, I'd also like an onsite team for registration of the 900 pax please. The suggested venue will be in London (needs to have good public transport access, so far I have been in touch with Sofitel Heathrow, Business Design Centre London and Excel London - most people traveling to the event will come from the Felltham, Central London, Stringcourse and Dublin offices. I need to provide the following in the proposal which will require some input from you: > Proposed communications plan > End to end delegate journey > Proposed event branding at registration (do you have samples / photos of previous branding options?) I need to submit the final proposal and budget by Wednesday 19 April and I am presenting this on 27 April, time TBC.
