| Message | Hello!I hope you're well.I am getting in touch to enquire about using ContactMedia for an event at which we expect around 2500 delegates as well as 200+ speakers, all of whom would need badges. We normally manage all comms etc associated with this ourselves so would just need ContactMedia to provide equipment that would allow us to print pre-made badges as well as amending information and printing onsite. Each badge would need to have the delegates name and photo. We are also curious as to whether we would be able to include a QR code on the badge, that would lead to a page containing the delegates contact info when scanned like a digital business card. It would also be great to be able to print a different style of badges for speakers. Last year, we used eco-friendly double-sided laminated butterfly badges and found this worked well so would like to do similar again. It would also be useful to have a webcam to take pictures onsite and add them to badges we print onsite in the event that delegates havent uploaded their headshot ahead of the event.
