| Message | Dear Sir or Madam,Please be so kind to provide us with a quote for our event the annual conference of forestry (2 days) 11-12.05.2022.Software: We believe we have the software through idloom who we are using for registration- to do the check-in we just require the printers and pads to scan and print the badges. Equipment: 1-2 printers - Epson C3500 badge printer (or similar)complete with ink.1-2 ipads or laptops so that delegates can scan or enter their name on screen (touch screen) / self service. (again software we will look into just ipads/ laptops needed) Badge Stock: must be recycled paper/ cardboard material (not sticky), one side print is fine with a pre-punched hole - or we can punch ourselves. Badge stock should be A6 size black and white print is fine (wewill design these ourselves) quantity approx 500. Delivery & Collection: Delivery day before on the 10thMay(TheView,38-43 Lincoln's Inn Field,London,WC2A 3PE)Alternatively do youalso offer early delivery on the 11thpre 9am if we need it?Collection evening of the event on 12thMayafter 5.30pm.
