| Message | Hi team,I came across your website and think it might be suitable for our event needs.I am providing brief details regarding our event, please can you provide for info and an approximate cost for hire, please?Date: 16 18 May 2023Venue: Royal Armouries, LeedsNumber of delegates: 5000 6000Type of event: Conference focusing on real estate, economy, infrastructure and investmentThis is Year 2 of the event, we hosted this last year as well and will carry on doing so every year.The event will have a designated registration area where delegates who have already pre-bought a ticket can collect their badges for entry into the event. We will also have a helpdesk where delegates can buy tickets on the day.There will be 8 kiosks/stations set up for delegates to print their badge and 2 kiosks in the helpdesk for buying tickets/ answering any queries.Our requirements for the badge printing:-Able to use 2/3 logos on the badge-Can print delegate photos on the printed badge-Name, Job title, Company-Can highlight what type of delegates they are attendee/ sponsor/ speaker etcReporting requirements:-We would like to see the name, job title and company details of the delegate whos visited a particular session-We will have 25 separate event areas and we would like to see how many people have been to those areas, at what time and their relevant details. Could be done via door staff using a handheld scanner or other relevant scanning points-We also want reporting on how many delegates have visited a particular exhibition stand, again could be done via either of the above methodsMany thanks,Fahmida NisaProject Manager |
