Message Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Sonia Moregola and I am writing you concerning your onsite badge printing and contactless check in solutions. We are looking for badge printing and access control solutions for our next Summit in Barcelona (4-7 June 2023) and I would like to kindly ask you if you could provide us with a quote for the below services. Kiosks to print paper badges (design provided by UITP) on-siteCongress:Five kiosks with printers with Summit branding for 2700 Congress delegates to allow pre-registered attendees print their badges onsite (Excel file or any other solution will be provided in advance). Exhibition:One kiosk for the exhibitors staff from Saturday 3 JuneTwo Kiosks with printers for around 7000-8000 pre-registered Exhibition visitors to print their badges onsite (excel file or any other solution will be provided in advance)Two kiosks to allow the Exhibition visitors to register on-site and print their own badge Registration desk1 additional printer at the registration desk for Congress on-site registrations Additional information/needTotal of 10.000 paper badges with two holes for the lanyard On-site technicians to install the kiosks and solve any issues - add paper or ink (during 5 days). Scanners12 scanners to scan the delegates badges when they enter the Summit Session rooms & lunch area to retrieve immediate data for internal reporting. We expect to have max 6 sessions in parallel that require scanning.
