| Message | Hi, I hope you're well. We are running a series of events in September, across the UK, and we are looking to hire handheld barcode readers, or use an app to scan barcodes, to check delegates in to the events. However, this is a late request by our client (to replace badges/name check) so we already have a live delegate registration database and our developer is looking to produce the barcodes linked to each delegate record. We would therefore need the scanners to link to our registration database. Is this something you might be able to support us with? Do you hire out barcode readers only? We are having conversations with our developer about how best to manage this. It might be that we need to use a separate tracking system, like yours, that produces the barcode/QR code, scans, and tracks, then we upload the attendance reports from your system to the backend of our guest database.
