| Message | I hope you are well and had a lovely weekend? I just left you a voicemail as I was keen enquire into some options for badging and registration for an upcoming event were holding and wanted to get an idea on costs/capabilities from you. Event details: -Location: Devere Wokefield, Reading -Type: Conference -Dates: Set up from 6pm on 28th of June, event runs on 29th 30th of June -No of badges required/attendees: 250 350 total. Please see our key requirements for the service below: -Badging for our attendees in the following format: first side to include attendees name, job title, company and QR code. Other side to include details of bespoke 1-2-1 business meetings. We will provide this information to you prior to the event. -1-2 Attendees from your company to set up equipment (day prior to the event) and provide onsite support for our staff and sponsors when scanning and using the app. Attendees will need to be scanned into sessions throughout the day as well as being registered upon arrival. -4 x types of badges will need printing: Speaker, Sponsor, Delegate and Staff (very similar format). Creative will be supplied by us. -Ability to track delegates attending specific sessions (if we have 2 sessions running at one time, knowing which attendee visited what session) -Ability to provide our sponsors with scanning abilities. If this is possible how many devices / licenses can each sponsor have?We run a number of events in the UK over an annual period and if we can work this around our budgets it would be likely this could lead to repeat bookings if we can get the cost and offering right. We are wanting to confirm on a supplier asap so if you could confirm if you are able to fulfil the above brief and provide us with some costs before EOP tomorrow that would be most appreciated.
