Message Hello, We are conference company looking for a simple solution to badge printing pre-event and onsite. I am looking for the following:Essential: A system.-which we can easily bulk upload registration data for all delegates to, from an excel spreadsheet-which we can manually add additional delegate data to ad-hoc (or amend existing data)-where we can design an A4 badge, similar to the attached, specifically including: o4 sections that can include different designs/content, including the event logo and text. ofold lines to show delegates where they need to fold the paperoempty spaces which can be automatically populated with specific data from each registration record, such as:first name, last name and companya unique barcode or QR code which, when scanned contains the full registration data for that attendee (this is not essential but pretty important) -which can generate all the different badges at once (i.e. 1 badge per delegate record, including delegate data as per the above) -which can generate a unique link for each badge all at once, so that we can send badges out in advance of the event, via mail merge. Please note, since we are using mail merge, a link per badge is essential as it is not possible for us to attach unique PDFs to with mail merge OR-that can send an email direct to each attendee with their badge attached for print. Nice to have: -A system which integrates with Gold Vision so that registration data can sent directly from Gold Vision to the system (rather than downloading the data from Gold Vision and then uploading the data to the system)-(following on from the above) can do this automatically and instantly whenever someone new is added to a specific list on Gold Vision. -Scanners which we can purchase, which can scan the barcode or QR code on badges, and which subsequently feeds back into the system that that badge has been scanned (so that we know that person has arrived onsite) -(following on from the above point) this arrivals data to feed back into Gold Vision automatically and instantly. Please note: -I understand that your software probably does much much more than the above however, we are happy with our current system and not in a position to completely change the whole registration process, so I am only interested in the above and want to avoid wasting anyones time talking about other functions (e.g. registration, marketing, virtual events, apps)-If you think you are able to help, please add notes next to each of the above bullet points to say whether you can do it or not/if you need clarification/or if you cant do that but can do something that you think would be a good work-around. -We need the badges to be A4. The reason for this is that we no longer have an office/somewhere to store badge printers (which we can take to events with us). A4 printers are the easiest (and probably one of the cheapest) printers to source and hire globally, meaning that wherever we hold an event we will be able to get an A4 printer to print any necessary badges onsite. Also, its easy for delegates to print A4 at home. -Lead retrieval Ive probably missed some of our requirements from the above but hopefully these will become apparent if we get to the point of having a discussion.
