A major sustainability conference and exhibition returned to the QEII Centre in London for another year, and once again brought Contact Media in to manage on-site badge printing and session scanning for 1,200 attendees.

With an event of this size, full-colour Epson badge printers were used to print each delegate’s badge on the day as they scanned in via QR code — giving the flexibility to handle late registrations, walk-ups and last-minute changes without any loss of quality or brand presentation.

Alongside badge printing, the event used handheld scanners to track attendee entry into individual sessions throughout the day — valuable data for the organiser on which sessions and exhibition areas attracted the most interest.
