The brief
An 800-attendee event at a resort venue in Spain needed a compact, reliable badge printing setup that didn't require the organiser to source or manage hardware, software, or badge stock separately.
With a resort setting rather than a traditional conference venue, the priority was a setup that was simple to deploy without needing a large-scale registration desk footprint.
The approach
We supplied a small footprint of portable printers, sized to suit an 800-attendee event rather than over-specifying equipment built for much larger shows. Alongside the hardware, we provided the badging software needed to produce and print badges, and supplied pre-printed badge stock directly — removing the need for the organiser to source paper or pre-branded card separately ahead of the event.
Why this approach worked
Not every event needs a large-scale registration operation, and matching printer hire to actual attendee numbers avoids paying for capacity that was never going to be used. Combining small, portable printers with software and badge stock in one package meant the organiser had a single point of contact for the entire on-site printing setup, rather than coordinating hardware, software and stock separately for a mid-sized event.
