Why print onsite

Pre-printing badges is work you don't need to do.

Every pre-printed badge is a guess: that the person will come, that their details won't change, that the box arrives at the right venue. Printing onsite removes the guessing.

No-shows cost nothing. Badges only exist for people who actually walk through the door.
Late registrations just work. Someone who signs up on the morning of the event gets the same badge as everyone else.
Nothing to ship or lose. Hardware and consumables travel with us, nothing sits in a courier depot the night before.
