A single CMS system controls the entire website's content - comprising of thousands of venues in a database, and also the incoming enquiries.

Enquiries can be made online by the user, then the staff use the same CMS system to view the enquiry, choose suitable venues and email the chosen venues. Users can then log-in to the system to see how far their enquiry has come.

This centralised system means that what previously required three software packages can now be completed in a single web browser, speeding up response times and increasing efficiency.
