Contact Media will host the Registration System & Database for an agreed period pre event, during the event and post event. This includes Domain registration and setup.

All the actual data is stored in a secure database, which is backed up daily and is accessible to you or any of your authorised administrators from anywhere in the world. All files that are transfered between clients are password protected.

DDA Compliancy

All of our websites and registration sites are DDA Compliant and are checked and tested for:

• W3C tested sites
• Text size options as standard (for partially sighted browsers)
