Oldham Clinical Governance instructed Contact Media to develop a fully bespoke online auditing tool. The NHS clinics within the Oldham area can upload and enter evidence of conformity to the NHS guidlines. There is a reporting backend for the clinical governance managers to view documents and comments via a control panel interface.
