Contact Media will host the Registration System & Database for an agreed period pre event, during the event and post event. This includes Domain registration and setup.

By doing this, Contact Media allows your company to gather data and information on people who have registered an interest in the event, which can be useful for the future.

All the actual data is stored in a secure database, which is backed up daily and is accessible to you or any of your authorised administrators from anywhere in the world. We believe it is essential that only authorised administrators are allowed to access the database, as it protects the client information in the database and minimises the chances of important information being lost or edited by mistake. We ensure that all of the files that are transferred between clients are password protected.

DDA Compliancy

All of our websites and registration sites are DDA Compliant and are regularly checked and tested for:

• Text size options as standard (for partially sighted browsers)
