The Ministry wanted to connect with the people it serves by hosting a roadshow around the UK. This invitational event required the registration system to not only manage the thousands of invites and standard registration processes but also unusual aspects such as travel cost management for reimbursement purposes and a secondary invitation to specially selected roadshow visitors to attend the event finale in London.
