Dedicated Help Line

Our Event Support services include a dedicated Registration Manager and the following services:

  • Answering the helpline, answering emails, processing faxes, and manually booking in registrations over the phone onto the system
  • Dedicated phone number - To configure and setup the phone system. A dedicated 0845 phone number can be provided.
  • Calls answered within 5 rings
  • Standard Call Centre Hours – GMT 09:30 – 18:00; however we can operate on CET and can look at other time zones / bank holidays etc. Extended hours can be negociated
  • Out of office hours your calls will be taken by a dedicated answer machine and will be actioned immediately during office hours
  • Event queries answered by phone /email / fax or post
  • All calls are answered in English, but we can source different language operators if required
