Kelburn Castle --dont do conferences, Largs (SC174)
|
|

|
Kelburn
Castle is a great place to have conferences and meetings. It is the
home of the Earls of Glasgow, and is in a commanding position beside a
spectacular glen and waterfall, half a mile from the sea, overlooking
the islands of the Firth of Clyde. It has been in the Boyle family for
over 800 years, probably making it the oldest castle in Scotland to
have been inhabited by the same family. Located only 35 and 45 minutes
from Glasgow and Prestwick repectively, it is readily accessible and is
an ideal venue for small conferences, based on exclusive hire by
clients. The
magnificent 17th century drawing room is used for plenary sessions
during a conference, and there are several break-out rooms for use by
our clients. Kelburn House is a very special place - informal but beautiful, accessible but exclusive.
