The
Abbey Hotel Golf & Country Club is situated in a lovely 175 acre
estate, of land that once belonged to the now ruined local abbey and is
a great place to have conferences and meetings. The Abbey has 72 en-suite rooms, of which 11 are executive rooms and 23 are superior rooms.
All
rooms have direct dial telephone, TV with satellite channels, trouser
press, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, comfortable chairs and
beds, full length mirrors and complimentary toiletries. Superior and executive rooms are larger and more comfortable and most rooms overlook the golf course. Ideal
for meetings from 2 to 150 delegates. Delegates will be provided with
individual note pads and pens, cordials, mineral water and sweets. Flip
chart, overhead projector and screen are also provided within the
delegate rate. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day and
include morning coffee, Chefs hot and cold buffet lunch and aftemoon
tea.
