Maple House – etc.venues Maple House is etc.venues newest training and meeting venue situated on Birmingham’s Corporation Street overlooking Old Square. One of it's kind in Birmingham this new venue combines flair, flexibility and functionality in providing training, meeting and conference space for a range of business needs.
Maple House features 13 state-of-the-art training and meeting rooms and 6 syndicates rooms ideal for break-out areas, one to one's, small meetings or interviews.
The venue can accommodate up to 150 delegates in theatre style in the largest room. All rooms have natural daylight, air-conditioned and fully equipped with state of the art AV facilities and free wifi access throughout.
Available for exclusive hire is the Executive Private Dining Room and other relaxation areas including café lounges with high quality bean to cup coffee machines where you can help yourself to fresh tea and coffee all day. The stylish restaurant can seat up to 200 delegates and is ideal for cocktail or drinks receptions, sit down dinners, lunches or buffets.
All our food is freshly prepared by our own chefs keeping it seasonal and modern, with an ever changing menu.
Maple House is right in the heart of Birmingham’s bustling business district and within easy walking distance of New Street and Snow Hill Stations making it easily accessible.
