Our Online Registration System can help develop your direct marketing into a considered promotional campaign.  Online Registration System can send custom HTML e-casts, SMS or MMS casting, invite and thank you emails to all delegates, or to individually selected guests, or if the event is broken down into attendee levels you can send by those instead.
 

Custom Email Casting

Custom emails can be generated in the Online Registration System so you can create as many as you want, all with dynamic fields, so they can addressed specifically to each delegate, with logos or other branding, or for a higher success percentage we also recommend sending a plain text version.

Online Registration System can also send ‘thankyou’ or ‘confirmation’ emails automatically on registration or after the event, streamlining your communication.
 

SMS/MMS Casting

We can also use the Online Registration System to communicate in other media; email, fax, post, telephone or SMS depending on your needs, and we can use one or a combination of media.

Our sites operate primarily in English, but we can assist with multi-lingual sites also.
