Indeed, the only thing that has changed is the speed of communications with a range of on-line tools for registering delegates and communicating with them to ensure the success of each and every event.

Our success is based on ensuring we have always understood our clients’ objectives and providing an effective event solution.  We consider the business requirement of each brief to ensure the best possible, most cost effective solution is proposed.  Once agreed, Contact Media support the client through every stage; from producing a bespoke delegate registration site and marketing communications through logistics planning (accommodation, transportation, etc) and reconciliation of the final accounts.
