• Can be accessed from the office or at home or anywhere in the world!
• System is secure and can only be accessed with passwords and can have different user access.
• All data is backed up daily.
• The system can detect when the invoices have been read and even printed! No more "we haven't received your invoice yet". It even records their IP address when they view the invoice.
• The system can automatically send reminders after a set number of days determined by you.
• Recurring invoices can be produced automatically
• The control panel can sort and colour code the status of the invoice. I.E. read, printed, paid, unread
• All data can be exported in csv format so that it can easily be imported into account packages such as sage.
